Terms of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the URA website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

URA is provided exclusively to active Independent Business Owners (IBOs) affiliated with the Amway Corporation. To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid IBO number, and be in good standing with Amway. URA reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time.

3. Invite-only access

New accounts are created by submitting an access request that includes your IBO number and the IBO number of your sponsor. Your sponsor (or another member of your upline authorized by URA) must approve your request before your account becomes active. URA does not grant access without sponsor approval.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to notify URA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
  • One person, one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Amway's Rules of Conduct.
  • Misrepresent the URA opportunity or make income or earnings claims that violate the Federal Trade Commission's Business Opportunity Rule or Amway policy.
  • Harass, threaten, or defame other members through messaging or community features.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
  • Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, or violates applicable law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

6. Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in URA (your contacts, notes, budget data, vision entries, and similar). You grant URA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

URA's own content (audios, videos, articles, training materials, branding, and software) is owned by URA or its licensors. You may access this content for your personal use while your account is active, but you may not redistribute or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting URA support. URA may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, Amway's Rules of Conduct, or if your IBO status with Amway ends.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. URA DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT OR INCOME OUTCOME. SUCCESS AS AN IBO DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUAL EFFORT, SKILL, AND MANY OTHER FACTORS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. URA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID URA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to these terms

URA may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
