Deleting your account
Last updated: August 5, 2026
You can do this yourself
You can delete your URA account at any time, from the mobile app or from the website. You do not need to contact us or wait for approval. Deletion takes effect immediately.
In the mobile app
- Open URA and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
On the web
- Sign in at urasystems.org.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@urasystems.org from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you. We will confirm by reply when it is done.
What is deleted immediately
- Your name and email address.
- Your password.
- Your pin level and profile details.
- Your contact list. Every contact you added or imported, including their names, phone numbers, emails, and any notes you wrote about them.
- Your vision, goals, gameplan, budget, and accounting entries.
- Your 9 CORE activity history and habit tracking.
- Your structure planning, saved media, playlists, listening and reading progress, and starter checklist progress.
- Your private conversations with the URA assistant.
- Every active session. You are signed out on every device right away.
- Your subscription, if you have one. It is canceled immediately and you are not billed again.
Your account can no longer be used to sign in, and the email address becomes available again if you ever want to rejoin.
This is permanent. None of it is recoverable, including by us.
What is retained, and why
Some information stays in URA after deletion. We think it is fairer to tell you exactly what and exactly why.
- Messages, posts, and comments in shared spaces remain, attributed to “Deleted Member” rather than to your name. Removing them would delete one side of conversations that other members took part in, and erase history that is not only yours.
- Your position in the line of sponsorship is retained. Members sponsored beneath you are connected to the organization through your position, and removing it would break the structure for everyone below you.
- Records other members rely on stay as well: tickets and RSVPs an event organizer needs to run their event, verification forms you already submitted for review, and your subscription billing record.
Anything private to you and read by nobody else is deleted outright, not retained. The list above is deliberately short.
We may also retain records where the law requires it, or where we need them to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud.
