1. Who we are
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us directly:
- Account information: your first and last name, email address, IBO number, sponsor IBO number, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
- Profile information: pin level, role within URA, and other optional details you add.
- Content you create: contacts in your personal CRM, vision and goal entries, budget information, habit tracking data, and other content you save in the Service.
- Communications:messages you send through URA's messaging features, support requests, and feedback.
We also collect information automatically:
- Usage data: features you access, time spent, and interaction events used to improve the Service.
- Device and session data: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, and session tokens used to keep you logged in.
3. How we use information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To process sponsor approvals and establish your line of sponsorship (LOS) within URA.
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and product updates.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the Service:
- With your sponsor and upline: when you request access, your name, email, and IBO number are shown to your named sponsor for approval. Certain features allow you to share specific content (for example, your contact list or budget) with named members of your upline.
- With service providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. These are: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (photo, audio, and video storage), Ably (real-time message delivery), Expo (push notifications, delivered through Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging), Sentry (crash and error reporting), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery).
- In push notifications:when you receive a message notification, the sender's name and the first 140 characters of the message are sent through Apple's or Google's push infrastructure so your device can display a preview. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings or in the app.
- When required by law: in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with advertisers.
5. Data retention and account deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile in the app or on the web.
When you delete your account, we immediately remove your name, email address, password, and pin level, sign you out of every device, and cancel any active subscription. Your account can no longer be used to sign in.
We also permanently delete everything that is private to you and read by nobody else: your contact list (including the names, phone numbers, emails, and notes of everyone in it), your vision, goals, gameplan, budget, and accounting entries, your activity and habit history, your structure planning, your saved media, playlists and progress, and your private conversations with the URA assistant. This is permanent and is not recoverable.
Content you created inside a shared space stays where it is, attributed to “Deleted Member.” This includes messages in conversations with other members, posts, and comments, so that the people you were talking with keep the history they were part of. Your position in the line of sponsorship is also retained, because removing it would break the structure for everyone sponsored beneath you.
Full details of what is removed and what is retained are on our account deletion page.
