1. Who we are

URA (“URA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mentorship association led by the Crowe Family Legacy that supports independent business owners (IBOs) affiliated with the Amway Corporation. We provide a web platform at urasystems.org and native iOS and Android applications (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly:

  • Account information: your first and last name, email address, IBO number, sponsor IBO number, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
  • Profile information: pin level, role within URA, and other optional details you add.
  • Content you create: contacts in your personal CRM, vision and goal entries, budget information, habit tracking data, and other content you save in the Service.
  • Communications:messages you send through URA's messaging features, support requests, and feedback.

We also collect information automatically:

  • Usage data: features you access, time spent, and interaction events used to improve the Service.
  • Device and session data: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, and session tokens used to keep you logged in.

3. How we use information

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To process sponsor approvals and establish your line of sponsorship (LOS) within URA.
  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and product updates.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the Service:

  • With your sponsor and upline: when you request access, your name, email, and IBO number are shown to your named sponsor for approval. Certain features allow you to share specific content (for example, your contact list or budget) with named members of your upline.
  • With service providers: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and similar infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law: in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with advertisers.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business reasons.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including transport-layer encryption (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

URA is intended for use by registered IBOs and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
